Back in Black

Well, I've moved, and my closet is better than I expected, though it's filled to the gills! My room is coming together nicely and our apartment it just adorable. I cannot wait until we are more settled and we are cooking in our kitchen and just having an overall wonderful time at home.
I thought I'd come back and share this amazing little video on fashion necessity- The Chanel Jacket. It's epic and classic, and just the perfect touch of femininity and it's incredibly versatile. Anything, and everything Chanel will always be worth your time in my book. There will never be a brand like Chanel again, and it will forever remain a staple fashion house as it personifies everything that fashion embodies. Check it out...

Amazing

I was planning on moving into Paris Fashion Week today, but I couldn't resist sharing one last collection from Milan. An Italian staple, with an everlasting print in fashion is Emilio Pucci. This season they took a complete different turn then we've seen in most of the 1940s influence, taking an inspiration from the 60s. Rocking the Bridget Bardot bangs, and the ever so sexy thigh high boots- made for more than just walking in this show, they strutted their stuff all down the runway in an epic furry. With super fine detail, and the always timeless fur coat, this collection is no time warp, rather a wonderful ode to to a roaring and eccentric era.

Dolce &... OH MY GAWD

Dolce & Gabanna has been taking things to a whole other level the past few seasons, and this season they have literally taken their collection to the highest and holiest level. Inspired by Sicily, the church and mosaics. But yet somehow, everything about the show was romantic, and certainly epic. Everything was so beautifully constructed and ripe with such detail. The collection was so wonderfully passionate, introducing new realms for the brand and the fashion world, and maybe even beyond.

Let Me Wear You

Milly and 3.1 Phillip Lim were also some of my favorites from NYFW. I love the uber chic separates, the color, and the texture. Each of these pieces are we easy to pair, making the collections super dynamic. I want to dive into all these perfect outfits.
