Thanksgiving

This year, Thanksgiving was amazing. We had everyone over at my Dad's house. We tented the front yard, decked it out with string lights, candles and flowers. It was lovely. I created the center pieces by using a fall-like color scheme of red, orange and yellow by using sunflowers and adding some eucalyptus to make them big and full. I used tea light candles to illuminate the tables as well as putting floating votives in mason jars with some raffia. It felt so homey and intimate. The food was delicious, which was made by sister Carlye. (You can find her recipes on her blog, pearlsandpasta.blogspot.com) It was perfect.
