He's always awing and surprising the fashion world, breaking boundaries and making his own rules. He's Marc Jacobs everybody, and he's the man. For this years 2013 Louis Vuitton collection, he took us back to the early 1960s, with a double dose. He recreated the feeling of a department store with the escalators and models walking in pairs. With his use of checkered patterns (reminiscent of LV leather print bags), he created an intricate yet uniform look. Not necessarily my favorite collection, but Mr. Jacobs always amazes me. It would be a crime of fashion to not share his works of art.
