My favorite thing to bake these days are rainbow cupcakes. It's really simple! (I use Betty Crocker mix.) All you have to do is mix the batter and separate it into different bowls for each color you choose to use. Then layer each color in each cupcake tin, but make sure that you only use a bit of each color, so there is about 2/3 of batter per each cup.
